Cedric Chehab is the Managing Director, Global Head of Country Risk at BMI where he helps ensure the coherence of global macro and country risk strategy. Currently based in Singapore, Cedric previously served as Head of Asia Research, where he was responsible for all Asia-based country risk analysis and industry research. Before that he was Head of Americas Research, based in New York. From 2008 to 2010, Cedric worked in London as Head of Commodities Research and Strategy. He has also worked in management consulting at Accenture. Cedric holds an MSc in Economic History from the London School of Economics and a BA in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from the University of Essex.

Michelle Karavias is the Managing Director of Industry Research at BMI, with a specialization in energy & infrastructure. Michelle joined the company in 2008 as an Infrastructure Analyst. In 2011 she was transferred to the New York office to establish the Americas research team. Specialising in global infrastructure, Michelle has expertise in electricity generation, public private partnerships, project finance and company analysis. Michelle has been invited to speak at industry and company conferences including the WTC's December 2014 International Design and Engineering Consortium Meeting, Totally Concrete in Johannesburg in May 2015, Fitch Ratings’ Annual Infrastructure Conference in May 2016, and the International Federation of Asian and Western Pacific Contractors' Associations annual conference in June 2017. She has also been featured in various industry and news publications, such as the Financial Times, Dow Jones, Knowledge@Wharton, China Daily and Infrastructure Investor and has made contributions to radio and television programs, including CNBC Africa. She holds a Bachelor's 1st Class Honours degree from the University of Nottingham in American Studies with International Study at the University of Toronto in Canada
